This morning my garage door opener went out. I gave Red River Garage Doors a quick call, and they were over at my house within 30 minutes and I was back up in action. I will recommend to everyone!

Rudy with Red River Garage Doors is hands down the most pleasant, knowledgeable and hardworking individual I have ever hired to have service completed on my home. I needed a new garage door. He offered the style I wanted and upgraded it to an insulated door for far less than the competition’s uninsulated model. He is a man of his word, very timely and will have the job completed in short order. It doesn’t stop there. He makes all needed adjustments for the door and automatic opener. He cleans and wipes the whole door and outer trim after the installation. He picks up all trash and hauls away all old materials. Red River Garage Doors is a newer company, but Rudy has a decade of experience installing and repairing garage doors and automatic openers. It is a blessing to have such an honest and reliable company to service the Wichita Falls area. With Rudy, I have not only found my new garage door guy, but I’ve found a new friend.

Great experience. A coworker referred me, and Red River definitely exceeded expectations. Came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the issues with my current opener. Red River then educated me on remedy options before giving professional suggestions. No upselling or aggressive push to use services. Extremely courteous and punctual. He made all repairs and adjustments quickly and ensured I understood how to work my equipment. I'm glad Old Republic Home Warranty doesn't have anyone in the area, as of now, for garage doors because I could find my own professional who happened to be Red River. Beyond amazing work and done RIGHT! No shotty work here. Rudy is as solid of a guy as they come and knowledgeable at what he does. 8+ years of garage door industry I believe. Highly recommend Rudy. Someone who is out there working hard and does a great job as well (hard to find these days) He made sure to keep in contact and showed up when he said he was going to. Got to my house assessed the problem and started fixing it immediately. The door didn't need to be replaced and it ended up just being a tune up with some adjustments. Rudy and his team are knowledgeable, fast working, clean, friendly and the very professional. We had a broken tension spring and a bum motor, and Rudy came out, diagnosed the problems and replaced the entire unit (which he had on hand... no waiting.) and even added a second spring that had been missing since we bought the house. They actually answered the phone when I called one evening, and showed up promptly at 8:30 AM the next morning to fix the broken springs on my garage door. In and out quickly and no mess left behind.

Red River Garage Doors is my new "Go-To". Rudy and his team hung a 12x14' door for me on 7/31/2023. He arrived ahead of time and within 2 mins, let me know I had a problem. My coral fence had to be cut and welded out. I had the equipment but did not know how to use it yet. His team member did not hesitate, he cut and welded the section out (Was NOT an easy job) and they went to work on the door (Pictures to follow - but I had to get this review out). One of my company's saying is “It is not enough that we do our best; sometimes we must do what is required.” ― Winston Churchill; This is how Red River Garage works, and as I look at the other reviews - they are dead on target. Excellence business for your garage door needs. Rudy not only does fantastic work, but keeps you informed every step of the way. My job needed additional welding and he acted as the contractor and hired the welder and then checked on them while they were working to insure they did a great job and as soon as the door came in he installed it and did cosmetic work as well. If I ever need another door again, he is the only one I will call.

Had a garage door opener already installed when I purchased the house, but no remote. I tried multiple universal remotes with no luck (Ryobi openers can be difficult to work with). Gave Red River Garage Doors LLC a call, and Rudy showed up the next morning. He was professional, courteous, and had the door programmed to a remote within 20 minutes. He could have upcharged me to install a new motor, as I said I was willing to if needed. I believe it’s important to promote honest local businesses, and Red River Garage Doors is exactly that. A spring broke on my double door garage and called them at 8:00 AM and they were here before 9:00 to replace the springs. Did the job very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them.

We needed an out of network (Old Republic Home warranty) garage door repair so we called around. Everyone else was rude and didnt really want business. Rudy was extremely polite and added us to his schedule even though he was busy. When he showed up to, he quickly fixed the problem, and more maintenance and didnt want a payment. I had been waiting almost 2 weeks for another company to come see what was wrong with my garage door but was told that one thing or another of why they hadn't been there yet, so the last time I was told that, I asked if there was another place that could work on my garage door and was told to Google it, so I did. Not only did Rudy tell me how I could fix the problem and save some money, which I didn't really trust myself to do, but he came right out and not only fixed the issue, but serviced the garage door and stapled the wire to the ceiling as well even though he was off for the day. 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough to thank you for your kindness and service today. I had a garage door issue and Rudy was able to come out that same day. He fixed my issue and while he was working noticed some other garage door problems that he then took the time to fix. He was very professional, worked fast and the price was great! 10/10 I highly recommend Rudy if you ever have problems!
Our garage door opener stopped working late last Thursday night. I called Friday morning (about 7 a.m.) and the owner texted me back about 15 minutes later. Dalton came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and we set up a time for him to install a new one. At 8:15 this morning, Dalton showed up and installed the new opener. The cost was extremely reasonable, and the service was impeccable. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. I called Red River Garage Doors to come fix my parents garage after another company in Wichita Falls jacked them around. What a amazing man Rudy is with Red River Garage Doors. I explained to him they needed a spring that broke sent him pictures and he got out the next morning and got them all fixed up and also replaced the old wheels and let me say they garage door has never been smoother and you can’t even hear it go up and down.
